Job Description
This McDonald's restaurant is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but functions as an entirely independent company and employer. Unlike corporate-owned locations, employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, and scheduling are solely managed by the franchisee. McDonald's USA has no involvement in these processes, nor do they receive applications or influence hiring decisions. This creates a unique environment where team members work within a familiar and globally recognized brand, but with the close-knit leadership and ownership typical of a locally operated franchise.

Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Proven experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
- Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant while ensuring McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met
- Work with leaders to set restaurant goals and develop strategies to achieve them
- Lead and coach Department Managers to achieve their goals and improve departmental performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee performance to maintain efficient operations
- Monitor financial performance and control costs to meet budget objectives
