Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of business or operations leadership experience
  • P&L ownership and revenue growth responsibility
  • sales-minded and experience with strong relationship-building skills
  • experience leading teams and managing performance
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required) and CRM experience preferred
  • experience with EOS leadership principles

Job Duties

  • Lead all daily operations from a centralized office in Racine
  • own full P&L responsibility and drive profitability
  • personally drive and coach sales and growth initiatives
  • recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing admin team
  • build and maintain strong community and referral relationships
  • monitor KPIs, conduct audits, and implement improvements
  • lead weekly team meetings and monthly one-on-ones
  • partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives
  • ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards
  • adhere to all franchise standards and processes
