Job Requirements
- 5+ years of business or operations leadership experience
- P&L ownership and revenue growth responsibility
- sales-minded and experience with strong relationship-building skills
- experience leading teams and managing performance
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- strong communication and organizational skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required) and CRM experience preferred
- experience with EOS leadership principles

Job Duties
- Lead all daily operations from a centralized office in Racine
- own full P&L responsibility and drive profitability
- personally drive and coach sales and growth initiatives
- recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing admin team
- build and maintain strong community and referral relationships
- monitor KPIs, conduct audits, and implement improvements
- lead weekly team meetings and monthly one-on-ones
- partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives
- ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards
- adhere to all franchise standards and processes
