Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong organizational skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- experience with managing teams
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- lead and inspire a team of restaurant employees
- oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- manage scheduling, staffing, and payroll
- maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- handle inventory, ordering, and supply management
- coach and develop staff through effective feedback and training
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
