Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong organizational skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • experience with managing teams
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication skills

  • minimum of 2 years of high-volume restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • experience managing large teams
  • knowledge of inventory control and supply ordering
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • lead and inspire a team of restaurant employees
  • oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • manage scheduling, staffing, and payroll
  • maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • handle inventory, ordering, and supply management
  • coach and develop staff through effective feedback and training
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
