Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in a previous supervisory or management role with the QSR with some if not total P&L responsibilities or impact
  • Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate a team
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication to effectively be a team leader and member with predominantly English-speaking guests and team members
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Office Excel, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the QSR industry
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication in English
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook

Job Duties

  • Drive combined team performance in BOH and FOH towards daily excellence in execution and great guest service
  • Create a positive work environment to promote sales and retention of top talent
  • Manage the financial and operational performance of the restaurant to meet and exceed company goals and metrics
  • Promote guest service proactively and handle guest recovery for restaurant-level issues
  • Source, interview, and select top talent for current and future team needs
  • Lead by example through performance management, training, coaching, and role modeling of company policies and brand standards
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing sanitation standards and complying with legal regulations
  • Complete duties as assigned by Area Manager
  • Obtain a SERV Safe Certification within 90 days of hire
