Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED in progress or completed
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
  • must obtain and maintain Manager Food Handler certification and alcohol server permit if required
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • valid legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years retail food service or restaurant management experience high-volume preferred
  • strong leadership coaching and team-building skills
  • ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting

Job Duties

  • Foster a guest-obsessed culture ensuring exceptional guest interactions
  • recruit train and mentor team members preparing them for growth opportunities
  • provide continuous feedback coaching and performance management
  • create a positive and engaging work environment where team members feel valued
  • execute operational plans to meet sales labor and profitability goals
  • analyze sales margin and labor reports to identify opportunities for improvement
  • operationalize marketing strategies to boost food sales and promotions
  • monitor inventory cash handling and store expenses to optimize financial results
  • uphold high standards in food safety and sanitation
  • conduct regular quality checks ensuring food and beverage offerings meet or exceed expectations
  • train and enforce compliance with food handling safety regulations and company policies
  • ensure the store is always clean well-stocked and visually appealing
  • proactively address maintenance needs and vendor relationships
  • oversee scheduling and payroll execution to ensure proper staffing levels
  • establish prompt efficient and courteous service environment managing conflict effectively
  • lead and direct positive professional relationships with co-workers direct reports guests and vendors
  • communicate respectfully maintaining consistent team-oriented attitude and store culture
  • manage and mitigate guest concerns with urgency involving regional team members as needed
  • efficiently complete guest transactions and suggest complementary products
  • lead coaching training and assessment of direct reports adhering to operational standards
  • strategically control inventory and distribution of materials merchandise and supplies
  • review financial statements sales analysis reports and other performance data to measure productivity

  • create and approve management associate schedules ensuring proper staffing balancing payroll and overtime
  • engage in hiring develop managers on hiring processes and participate in hiring decisions
  • write implement and monitor manager development and performance plans
  • ensure proper procedures in hiring promotions and separations
  • ensure all team members follow policies and company standards at all times
  • verify all team members have valid licenses as required
