Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Has an automobile with required insurance coverage available for company use
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Completion of all internal certification programs

  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize duties effectively
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve situations immediately
  • Capability to develop, execute, and follow up on action and management development plans
  • Ability to construct and work within budgets
  • Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret business reports
  • Proficiency in mathematical concepts like fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
  • Ability to interpret instructions in various formats
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Operate the restaurant in an efficient manner, promoting friendly service and high-quality food
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and smooth running of all restaurant areas
  • Exhibit high awareness in customer relations and satisfaction and promote the same among team members
  • Recruit, interview, hire, or approve hiring of all hourly team members
  • Ensure compliance with I-9 Form requirements for all employees hired
  • Properly train all personnel and confirm training completion
  • Monitor inventory, ensuring dated products and proper stock rotation
  • Purchase and receive items and verify invoice accuracy
  • Process administrative paperwork and invoices as instructed by District Manager
  • Follow production standards for product quality and food cost control
  • Schedule all personnel weekly and assign specific duties
  • Manage labor costs effectively
  • Understand and utilize profit and loss statements for operations
  • Implement in-store marketing and ensure promotional compliance
  • Carry out public relations assignments
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs for equipment and premises
  • Maintain security and follow security policies
  • Adhere to operational procedures outlined in manuals and handbooks
  • Assist in planning and participating toward company goals
  • Ensure employees follow company cash procedures
  • Maintain required computer and operating reports
  • Complete shift-change procedures properly
  • Be proficient in all team member positions
  • Conduct timely and accurate performance reviews
  • Follow company policies for counseling and disciplinary actions
  • Maintain speed of service standards
  • Ensure employee compliance with uniform and appearance policies
  • Forecast sales, product production, and labor needs
  • Enforce compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Make guests feel special
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
