Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods and lift objects with assistance

Job Duties
- Help develop financial operational plans/budgets and monitor their performance to achieve center’s financial goals, including driving food & beverage sales
- Review and control labor costs and other expenses
- Manage day-to-day operations of the center including floor management, scheduling, planning, organizing, and team communication
- Supervise training for all staff members ensuring proficiency in guest service, food & beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
- Conduct regular management meetings to review center performance and adjust action plans
- Address and resolve center-level HR or loss prevention issues
- Ensure customer complaints are resolved appropriately and guests are completely satisfied
- Oversee and expand the center’s food & beverage program maintaining high quality standards and guest satisfaction
- Work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
