Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods and lift objects with assistance

Job Qualifications

  • Basic business math and accounting skills

Job Duties

  • Help develop financial operational plans/budgets and monitor their performance to achieve center’s financial goals, including driving food & beverage sales
  • Review and control labor costs and other expenses
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the center including floor management, scheduling, planning, organizing, and team communication
  • Supervise training for all staff members ensuring proficiency in guest service, food & beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
  • Conduct regular management meetings to review center performance and adjust action plans
  • Address and resolve center-level HR or loss prevention issues
  • Ensure customer complaints are resolved appropriately and guests are completely satisfied
  • Oversee and expand the center’s food & beverage program maintaining high quality standards and guest satisfaction
  • Work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
