Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the QSR industry with some or total P&L responsibilities or impact
  • Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate a team
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication to effectively lead predominantly English-speaking guests and team members
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Drive combined team performance in back of house and front of house towards daily excellence in execution and great guest service
  • Create a positive work environment to promote sales and retention of top talent
  • Manage the financial and operational performance of the business to meet and exceed location and company goals
  • Promote guest service proactively and represent the company on guest recovery regarding restaurant-level issues and complaints
  • Actively source, solicit, interview, and select top talent to fulfill current and future needs
  • Lead by example through performance management, training, coaching, and positive role modeling of service, company policies and procedures, and brand standards
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing sanitation standards, complying with legal regulations, securing revenues, and implementing disaster plans
  • Complete other duties as assigned by the Area Manager
  • Obtain SERV Safe Certification within 90 days of hire
