- Proven leadership with 3+ years of restaurant management experience ideally in quick-service or casual dining
- Strong guest-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Solid business acumen including P&L inventory control labor scheduling and food cost management
- Excellent team-building skills with ability to recruit coach and develop staff

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate a team of 50 - 65 crew members inspiring a positive and inclusive culture
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including food preparation guest service inventory management and financial performance
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining Culver's signature hospitality and quality
- Implement business strategies to increase sales control costs and achieve financial targets
- Maintain compliance with health safety and labor regulations
- Foster community engagement through events partnerships and service
- Recruit train and mentor team members developing future leaders
