Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in home services, construction, or related industry required
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems and regulatory compliance
  • Proven experience managing budgets and financial reporting
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Ability to use technology and reporting tools efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in home services, construction, or related industry required
  • Strong understanding of electrical and plumbing systems and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and drive operational excellence
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws including EEO and ADA
  • Tech-savvy with ability to learn internal systems and reporting tools quickly
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented leadership style

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to keep the company ahead of the curve
  • Oversee daily branch operations and service delivery
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and overall branch profitability
  • Recruit, coach, and develop employees to build a high-performing team
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and address customer concerns promptly
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and industry regulations
