Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum 4 to 6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- Must meet state age requirements for alcohol service if applicable
- Able to stand for entire shift and walk for long periods
- Ability to push, lift, carry and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and use hands effectively
- Ability to taste, smell, and verbally communicate with others
- Visual acuity including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Capable of accessing all restaurant areas including selling floor, stock, and register areas
- Dedication to following updated safety and sanitation procedures as per CDC and local guidelines
Job Qualifications

- Prior leadership experience required
- Experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- College or culinary school education preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in line with company policies and legal standards
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train staff while planning and directing their work
- Appraise performance, reward, discipline, and, when necessary, terminate employees
- Cultivate a positive restaurant culture to ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance job success and guest satisfaction
- Communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives to the team
- Assist staff with job duties when required to model teamwork and support
- Promote sales building activities, maximize table turnover, and enhance sales per guest and per hour
- Greet guests, resolve food quality and service issues to guarantee guest satisfaction
- Maintain efficient operations through cost control, inventory management, and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, local health and safety regulations and company safety policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors to protect guests and employees
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness consistently
- Control cash procedures, inventory, labor cost, and review financial reports and schedules
- Manage profit and loss including food and labor cost
- Oversee weekly inventory processes and portion control
- Optimize labor scheduling using company tools
- Ensure proper maintenance and use of restaurant equipment and assets
- Maintain the facility and company property
- Perform all other duties as assigned
