Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Leadership experience in restaurant management
- Experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Must comply with local and state regulations
- Physical ability to stand for entire shifts and perform manual tasks
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer literacy
- Commitment to upholding safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications

- Prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- College or culinary schooling preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities

- Proficient computer skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work tasks
- Appraise employee performance and provide rewards or disciplinary actions including termination
- Foster a positive restaurant culture and employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and variances to management team
- Implement corporate programs and initiatives with staff
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Lead sales building activities and suggestive selling efforts
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- Maintain operational efficiency with cost control and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors to maintain a safe environment
- Monitor quality of food and cleanliness standards daily
- Control cash handling, inventory, food, labor, and review financial reports
- Manage food cost, labor cost, and other controllable expenses
- Follow recipes and portion control to control food costs
- Optimize employee schedules using labor scheduling tools
- Maintain restaurant equipment and facilities
- Perform additional duties as assigned
