Job Requirements

  • Minimum of six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year of General Manager experience with another concept or recommendation by current Area Manager
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to calculate and analyze data
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to interpret Profit and Loss Statements

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to calculate and analyze data
  • Proficient with computer systems
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interpret financial statements

Job Duties

  • Directing the daily operations of a restaurant
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability
  • Ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer
  • Overseeing financial performance and interpreting Profit and Loss Statements
  • Leading, training, and mentoring team members to achieve operational excellence
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies efficiently
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff
  • Other duties as required or assigned
