Job Requirements

  • work a flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must be available to close the store at least once per week
  • attend corporate business meetings and conferences which may include overnight stays and travel
  • maintain valid identification for airline travel
  • frequent use of computers and telephonic devices
  • ability to be mobile throughout the store during shifts
  • frequent bending, pushing, reaching, and twisting during shifts
  • frequent lifting and carrying or moving up to 25 lbs during shifts
  • continuous walking, coordination, and manipulation of objects during shifts

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience
  • demonstrated success in financial management including sales growth, data interpretation, payroll management, and expense control
  • proven retail management skills including inventory monitoring, operational excellence, service culture development, and merchandising execution
  • leadership experience in attracting, developing, and motivating talent
  • ability to adapt quickly to change and lead others through transitions
  • strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency with basic technology such as POS systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices
  • excellent written and verbal communication
  • strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
  • ability to react under pressure and exercise good judgment
  • flexibility and adaptability in dynamic work environments

Job Duties

  • promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink goals
  • drive company profitability through operational excellence, sales growth, and expense control
  • manage store scheduling using forecast and payroll budgets to maximize productivity
  • address financial and operational issues identified through reporting and audits
  • perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
  • stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge
  • maintain regular attendance and enforce attendance policies
  • attract, hire, and retain diverse top talent
  • address policy violations with corrective actions
  • build engaged teams through collaboration and communication

  • lead manager and associate development including training, coaching, reviews, and succession planning
