  • Ability to work on feet for up to 13 hours

Job Duties

  • Ensure the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Enforce adherence to Firehouse Subs policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership to deliver superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness
  • Manage profitability by controlling food costs, labor, and other expenses
  • Coordinate and implement company operations and initiatives effectively
  • Staff the restaurant with qualified personnel and ensure their proper training
  • Develop Assistant Managers and Shift Managers continuously
  • Participate actively in local restaurant marketing
  • Promote Public Safety Foundation initiatives
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of programs, reports, and legal documents
  • Engage in community affairs to enhance sales and public relations
  • Represent Firehouse Subs professionally at all times
  • Communicate issues affecting the business to owners
  • Maintain restaurant equipment and immediately report malfunctions
  • Work on feet for extended periods
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Owner
