Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- compliance with state mandated age requirements for alcohol serving managers where applicable

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, train, appraise, reward, discipline, and terminate employees as needed
- foster a positive restaurant culture and maintain high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a welcoming atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and implement corporate programs to staff
- assist team members with job duties occasionally
- champion sales building activities including suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- maintain operational efficiency with cost control and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety codes, and company policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- manage cash control, inventory, food and labor costs, financial reports and schedules
- manage P&L by controlling food, labor, and carryout costs
- control food costs using recipe and portion control and oversee weekly inventory
- optimize labor schedules and monitor sales performance
- ensure proper use of restaurant equipment
- maintain facility and company assets
- perform all other duties as assigned
