Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management position preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Provide vision and leadership to all crew, shift supervisors, and restaurant managers
  • Ensure each customer's expectations are exceeded on every visit
  • Achieve or exceed the restaurant's business objectives each shift, every day
  • Inspire team members to go above and beyond
  • Ensure every item served meets Wendy's quality standards
  • Keep the Wendy's spirit alive in the restaurant
  • Develop team members' skills and help them advance
  • Create a customer-oriented, highly productive team
