Job Requirements

Job Duties
- motivate a group of people to act towards achieving a common goal

- develop and execute local marketing plans to maximize sales potential
- ensure systems and routines are in place to improve sales and transactions
- conduct in-restaurant implementation of new products and procedures
- manage expenses and meet budgeted targets
- maintain critical standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and food safety
- manage planned maintenance of equipment
- accurately project and control all P&L line items
- measure and improve customer satisfaction
- effectively schedule to build the business
- maintain physical plant aspects of the restaurant including landscaping and equipment
- ensure all security procedures are executed
- recruit, select, develop and retain crew and management
- conduct leadership team meetings
- complete performance appraisals based on goals
- enforce and educate staff on policies, labor laws, safety and security
