Job Description

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • manage planned maintenance of equipment
  • accurately project and control all P&L line items
  • measure and improve customer satisfaction
  • effectively schedule to build the business
  • maintain physical plant aspects of the restaurant including landscaping and equipment
  • ensure all security procedures are executed
  • recruit, select, develop and retain crew and management
  • conduct leadership team meetings
  • complete performance appraisals based on goals
  • enforce and educate staff on policies, labor laws, safety and security
  • model performance standards
  • execute plans to increase employee loyalty and satisfaction
  • manage development and training of crew and shift management including orientations
