Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two or more years of high-volume restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong coaching and leadership skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • ability to work onsite full-time
  • excellent organizational skills

  • Minimum two years of experience in high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management

  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • ability to master all restaurant positions prior to training others

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage restaurant operations to achieve business goals
  • coach and develop team members through effective feedback and training
  • maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
  • oversee inventory management and ordering processes to ensure efficiency
  • build strong relationships with guests and employees to foster a positive environment
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
