Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Ability to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- Available to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

- Prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants preferred
- College or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance and manage employee rewards and discipline including terminations
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance job performance and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and operational updates to management team
- Assist team members with duties as needed
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues to ensure complete satisfaction
- Maintain efficient operations with proper cost controls and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company safety policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors for guests and crew
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash, inventory, and security procedures
- Manage food, labor, and carryout costs
- Oversee weekly inventory and labor scheduling
- Maintain restaurant equipment and company assets
- Perform additional duties as assigned
