Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant retail or guest service management experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work full-time including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to learn new systems and tools
  • Ability to bend reach lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 4 to 8 hours
  • Ability to accomplish physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant retail or guest service management experience or combined experience and education
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work full-time including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to learn new systems and tools
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days preferred
  • Experience with sales building Profit and Loss statements recruitment and training preferred
  • Aptitude for store systems such as Toast CrunchTime GoSpotCheck EcoSure TeamworX Medallia Workday Beekeeper preferred
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Ensure the store is fully staffed for upcoming shifts including updating schedules and making staffing decisions
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team through goal setting accountability and training
  • Execute and oversee completion of onboarding training promotional window training and other development initiatives
  • Provide ongoing coaching feedback and recognition to support team development and performance
  • Ensure company policies practices and standards are modeled and upheld maintaining a safe and supportive environment
  • Lead team to deliver outstanding guest experiences fostering a culture of excellence continuous improvement and fun
  • Manage supply chain processes inventory asset management and store operations to minimize disruptions
  • Utilize financial planning knowledge to manage budgets analyze trends and adjust strategies for sales growth and expense management
  • Drive operational excellence implementing in-store sales initiatives and maintaining rigorous standards in food safety sanitation and health protocols
