Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
  • Prior leadership role required
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends
  • Ability to stand for entire shifts and walk long periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to use hands and reach with hands
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and use close and peripheral vision
  • Ability to taste, smell, and verbally communicate effectively
  • Ability to manage safety and maintain safe work behavior
  • Able to access all restaurant areas
  • Compliance with OSHA, health, and safety standards
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and hospitality
  • Willingness to follow evolving CDC and local guidelines

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and laws
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • Plan, assign, and direct work
  • Appraise performance and manage employee rewards, discipline, and terminations
  • Address complaints and resolve problems
  • Shape the culture of the restaurant and ensure high employee engagement
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
  • Model professional behavior and create a warm, hospitable atmosphere
  • Communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives
  • Assist team members with duties as needed
  • Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • Meet and greet guests, resolve food quality and service issues
  • Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
  • Enforce safe work behaviors
  • Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards daily
  • Control cash, inventory, schedules, and financials
  • Manage food and labor costs including P&L management
  • Oversee inventory process and use of equipment
  • Maintain facility and company assets
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
