Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1 year or more experience leading motivating and or developing others or military service
  • strong commitment to workplace safety and excellence
  • excellent customer service skills
  • effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by managing all aspects within the restaurant including food production guest service and experience and direct crew and manager work
  • Plan and manage all People processes including recruiting hiring onboarding staffing and performance management
  • Train coach and motivate team members to achieve operational goals
  • Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory budget and food ordering costs
  • Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved according to McDonald’s standards
  • Maintain high level of standards for guest and employee safety
  • Oversee all operational needs of the restaurant including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
