Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year or more experience leading motivating and or developing others or military service
- strong commitment to workplace safety and excellence

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing all aspects within the restaurant including food production guest service and experience and direct crew and manager work
- Plan and manage all People processes including recruiting hiring onboarding staffing and performance management
- Train coach and motivate team members to achieve operational goals
- Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory budget and food ordering costs
- Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved according to McDonald’s standards
- Maintain high level of standards for guest and employee safety
- Oversee all operational needs of the restaurant including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
