Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years management experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work full time hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience and/or combined experience and education
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Have reliable transportation
- Ability to work full-time (47 hours per week) including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools
- Preferred ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Experience with sales building, profit and loss statements, recruitment, and training
- Aptitude for store systems including Toast, CrunchTime, GoSpotCheck, EcoSure, TeamworX, Medallia, Workday, Beekeeper
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
Job Duties
- Ensure the store is fully staffed for upcoming shifts including schedule management
- Develop creative team member engagement strategies and foster continuous growth
- Build and maintain a high-performing team through goal setting, accountability, and inspiration
- Oversee execution and completion of role-based training and onboarding programs
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition to team members
- Model and uphold company policies and ensure a safe environment
- Use Caribou systems and tools appropriately and timely
- Lead and inspire team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Facilitate timely resolution of employee, customer, and supply chain issues
- Drive initiatives to improve guest satisfaction, speed of service, and loyalty
- Lead store performance to drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
- Manage scheduling and presence to meet operational needs
- Oversee supply chain processes and asset management
- Utilize financial planning for store budget management
- Analyze financial trends and adjust operations for growth and expense control
- Promote enthusiasm and focus on sales goals
- Manage inventory and minimize waste
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health standards
