Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Knowledge of state alcohol serving age requirements if applicable
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods without rest
- Ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Manual dexterity including reaching, bending, and stooping
- Ability to taste, smell, and verbally communicate effectively
- Visual abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Ability to access all areas of the restaurant
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- Must comply with safety and sanitation procedures

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- College or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance, reward and discipline employees including termination
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Ensure a high level of employee engagement and shape restaurant culture
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure employee success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and foster a warm, hospitable environment
- Communicate sales performance and anticipated variances
- Cascade corporate programs to the management team and staff
- Assist team members with tasks as needed
- Champion sales activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests
- investigate and resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations through cost control and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor daily activities for food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash security, inventory, food, and labor management
- Manage P&L including food cost, labor cost, and other controllable items
- Follow recipes and portion control
- Monitor labor scheduling effectively
- Ensure proper use of restaurant equipment
- Maintain facility and company assets
