Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, profit and loss analysis, and inventory control
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers
- Flexibility to work over 50 hours per week
- Physical capability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Commitment to upholding company core values and customer service standards
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in a restaurant management position with a demonstrated record of prior success
- Current ServSafe Certification preferred
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Passion for food and hospitality
- Organized with attention to detail including strong analytical and tactical execution
- Ability to work over 50 hours per week as business needs require
- Ability to perform moderate-to-heavy physical exertion including standing and sitting for extended periods, walking, bending, climbing, pushing/pulling, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds occasionally
Job Duties
- Create a positive work environment for team members
- Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews of all team members
- Produce and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly budget forecasts
- Control profit and loss by following corporate procedures including inventory, labor, and cash management
- Perform profit and loss analysis
- Maintain the restaurant's revenue, profitability, and quality assurance goals
- Manage appropriate inventory levels and plan accurately for forecasted sales trends
- Ensure high production, productivity, and 100 percent customer satisfaction
- Deliver superior food and beverage service
- Respond efficiently and resolutely to restaurant customer complaints
- Oversee inventory and delivery of bar, food, retail, and restaurant supply orders
- Host and attend monthly business review meetings to communicate company initiatives and store performance and employee morale
- Responsible for marketing direction and promotions in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
- Maintain function and cleanliness of equipment, facility, and grounds
- Ensure occupational, health, safety, and security codes and policy standards exceed expectations
- Communicate and engage employees and customers by supporting and promoting corporate community give-back initiatives
