Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant food service and/or management experience
  • Outstanding positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Preferred minimum age 21 years for General Management role
  • Individuals 18 years or older encouraged to prepare for management roles
  • Flexible schedule
  • Passion for working in a quick service environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant food service or management experience
  • Previous General Manager experience in high-volume quick service restaurants preferred
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to adapt and lead in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated capacity for coaching and developing others
  • Flexible schedule availability

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant maintaining high standards of quality service and cleanliness
  • Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • Lead and coach a team of Department Managers to improve departmental performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Collaborate with leaders to align on restaurant objectives and progress
  • Manage daily operations ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Promote a positive work environment and team morale
