Job Requirements

  • G.E.D. or high school diploma
  • Minimum of three years experience in sales, management, or people development
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to climb up and down ladders
  • Ability to move throughout the store
  • Ability to lift 30 lb. box overhead
  • Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage conflict and hold others accountable
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Solid business acumen and P&L responsibility

  • Three years of experience in sales, management, or people development

Job Duties

  • Lead a confident and knowledgeable team that delivers a differentiated experience for customers
  • Listen and respond to internal and external customers and build strong relationships
  • Drive change in key areas impacting customer experience and use customer feedback for coaching
  • Inspect store pages for accuracy to prevent negative customer experience
  • Manage the appearance, cleanliness, and upkeep of the retail building and equipment
  • Create and oversee the day-to-day execution of the strategic plan driving sales and profitability
  • Make business decisions by assessing market competition, understanding customer insights, and leveraging company reporting
  • Maintain compliance with all company directives, safety and security policies
  • Promote a fun, inclusive, and people-first working atmosphere
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individual development plans for store leaders
  • Recruit, hire, and retain a passionate team
  • Oversee compensation, disciplinary, and staffing/human resources-related actions
