Job Requirements
- G.E.D. or high school diploma
- Minimum of three years experience in sales, management, or people development
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to climb up and down ladders
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Ability to lift 30 lb. box overhead
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage conflict and hold others accountable

- Solid business acumen and P&L responsibility

Job Duties
- Lead a confident and knowledgeable team that delivers a differentiated experience for customers
- Listen and respond to internal and external customers and build strong relationships
- Drive change in key areas impacting customer experience and use customer feedback for coaching
- Inspect store pages for accuracy to prevent negative customer experience
- Manage the appearance, cleanliness, and upkeep of the retail building and equipment
- Create and oversee the day-to-day execution of the strategic plan driving sales and profitability
- Make business decisions by assessing market competition, understanding customer insights, and leveraging company reporting
- Maintain compliance with all company directives, safety and security policies
- Promote a fun, inclusive, and people-first working atmosphere
- Develop, implement, and monitor individual development plans for store leaders
- Recruit, hire, and retain a passionate team
- Oversee compensation, disciplinary, and staffing/human resources-related actions
