Job Requirements

  • be at least 18 years old
  • have prior general manager experience in a high volume quick service restaurant or related field
  • demonstrate strong leadership ability
  • have excellent communication skills
  • be able to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively
  • be committed to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness in the restaurant
  • willing to work flexible hours as needed

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience running high volume locations
  • experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to set goals and achieve results
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • lead a team of department managers and provide coaching and direction
  • follow up on department managers' progress and improve their departments
  • hire and develop department and shift managers
  • maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • manage scheduling and staffing effectively
