Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous general manager experience running high volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants or hospitality or retail preferred
- Ability to lead a team and manage operational goals
- Effective communication and coaching skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Commitment to uphold company standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Duties
- Run the restaurant profitably and meet customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and support Department Managers by setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Manage the restaurant’s day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance
