Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous general manager experience running high volume locations
  • Background in quick service restaurants or hospitality or retail preferred
  • Ability to lead a team and manage operational goals
  • Effective communication and coaching skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Commitment to uphold company standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Duties

  • Run the restaurant profitably and meet customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • Lead and support Department Managers by setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Manage the restaurant’s day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance
