Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- must be 18 years or older
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends
- flexible and self-driven
- strong communication skills
- capable of managing multiple priorities
- proficient with Microsoft Office
- experience in new restaurant openings and local marketing preferred
- physical ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environment with prolonged standing, lifting and bending

Job Duties
- Ensure overall financial success of the restaurant through forecasting and budgeting
- ensure restaurant compliance with company standards, policies and laws
- hire and terminate management-level crewmembers including status change and payroll process
- create crewmember work and training schedules
- develop management-level crewmembers through performance management
- act as manager on duty, open and close the restaurant, manage cash handling
- monitor profit and loss statements and develop strategies to improve financial and operational performance
