Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • must be 18 years or older
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends
  • flexible and self-driven
  • strong communication skills
  • capable of managing multiple priorities
  • proficient with Microsoft Office
  • experience in new restaurant openings and local marketing preferred
  • physical ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environment with prolonged standing, lifting and bending

  • 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • new restaurant opening and local marketing experience preferred
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Ensure overall financial success of the restaurant through forecasting and budgeting
  • ensure restaurant compliance with company standards, policies and laws
  • hire and terminate management-level crewmembers including status change and payroll process
  • create crewmember work and training schedules
  • develop management-level crewmembers through performance management
  • act as manager on duty, open and close the restaurant, manage cash handling
  • monitor profit and loss statements and develop strategies to improve financial and operational performance
