Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in restaurant or food service management
- Ability to handle physical restaurant duties including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and near open flames
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain constant interaction with multiple people
- Ability to work in tight spaces and maintain alertness
- Willingness to adapt to changing work environments
- Availability to work flexible hours including standing for long periods
- Ability to perform tasks such as sitting, squatting, and kneeling occasionally

- Oversee all restaurant operations and team members
- Provide leadership and motivation to ensure a guest-focused and team-focused environment
- Set high standards and establish a positive work atmosphere
- Develop yourself and others by focusing on self-improvement and supporting team success
- Manage people development, inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
- Conduct regular people planning, coaching, training, and corrective actions when necessary
