Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in restaurant or food service management
  • Ability to handle physical restaurant duties including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures and near open flames
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain constant interaction with multiple people
  • Ability to work in tight spaces and maintain alertness
  • Willingness to adapt to changing work environments
  • Availability to work flexible hours including standing for long periods
  • Ability to perform tasks such as sitting, squatting, and kneeling occasionally

  • Oversee all restaurant operations and team members
  • Provide leadership and motivation to ensure a guest-focused and team-focused environment
  • Set high standards and establish a positive work atmosphere

  • Manage people development, inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
  • Conduct regular people planning, coaching, training, and corrective actions when necessary
