Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience in managing a fast food or quick service restaurant

Job Duties

  • Manage the operations and staff of a Wendy’s restaurant including executing all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in all areas while complying with company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
  • Create and maintain a 'People Excellence' environment
  • Inspire team members to exceed customer expectations
  • Maintain high standards of quality and the Wendy’s spirit throughout the restaurant
