Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining leadership roles
- Ability to comply with state-mandated age requirements for alcohol service if applicable
- Availability to work various shifts and weekends
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to maintain food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations and staff in accordance with company policies
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance and administer rewards or disciplinary actions including terminations
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and anticipated variances
- Cascade corporate programs and initiatives
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- Maintain efficient operations with appropriate cost controls and profit management
- Ensure OSHA, health and safety codes, and company safety policies are met
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control day-to-day operations including cash control, inventory, food and labor management, financial reports, and employee scheduling
- Manage food and labor costs
- Follow recipes and portion control
- Conduct weekly inventory
- Optimize schedules using company’s labor scheduling tool
- Ensure proper use of equipment
- Maintain facility and company assets
- Perform all other assigned duties
