Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum three years management experience
  • Experience in health, wellness, or retail industry
  • Proven B2B sales performance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Proficient in payroll and scheduling software
  • Strong leadership capability

Job Duties

  • Lead performance management activities including goal setting, coaching, career development, and reviews
  • Assist in recruiting and developing high-performance employees
  • Oversee onboarding and mandatory compliance training
  • Enforce store policies, procedures, and productivity standards
  • Manage employee schedules and payroll accuracy
  • Maintain safe, clean, and secure environment for staff and guests
  • Drive store sales through membership, packages, and retail opportunities
  • Establish strong local partnerships and participate in community events
  • Manage social media channels and marketing campaigns
  • Organize staff events and promote company culture
