Job Duties
- Lead performance management activities including goal setting, coaching, career development, and reviews
- Assist in recruiting and developing high-performance employees
- Oversee onboarding and mandatory compliance training
- Enforce store policies, procedures, and productivity standards
- Manage employee schedules and payroll accuracy
- Maintain safe, clean, and secure environment for staff and guests
- Drive store sales through membership, packages, and retail opportunities
- Establish strong local partnerships and participate in community events
- Manage social media channels and marketing campaigns
