Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service management
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work full-time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools as introduced
- Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for 4 to 8 hours with or without accommodation
- Ability to handle physical demands such as seeing, hearing, speaking, sitting, standing, bending, and moving intermittently
- Must comply with company policies and standards
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive working environment
- Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and inventory effectively
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience or combined experience and education
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Have reliable transportation
- Ability to work full-time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools
- Preferred certifications include ServSafe or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Experience with sales building, profit and loss statements, recruitment and training
- Aptitude for store management systems such as Toast, CrunchTime, GoSpotCheck, EcoSure, TeamworX, Medallia, Workday, Beekeeper
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
Job Duties
- Ensure the store is fully staffed for upcoming shifts, develop creative team member engagement strategies, build and maintain a high-performing team through goal setting and accountability, execute and manage role-based training programs and onboarding initiatives, provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members
- Lead by example to empower team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences, facilitate timely resolution of employee and customer relations, drive strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Take ownership to drive store performance including sales and profitability, manage schedules adhering to company standards, oversee supply chain and asset management to maintain optimal stock levels, utilize financial planning to manage store budgets and operating statements, create enthusiasm for meeting and exceeding sales goals, support operational excellence and sales initiatives, manage inventory and waste to minimize loss, maintain rigorous food safety and sanitation protocols
