Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8+ hours) with breaks

Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
- Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurants highly preferred
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong customer service and complaint resolution abilities
- Financial acumen including budgeting and cost control
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail, especially regarding food quality and safety standards
Job Duties
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Ensure Wendy's operational standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety are met
- Manage food inventory, stock levels, and ordering to minimize waste
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
- Lead and motivate management and crew to achieve service excellence
- Schedule staff based on business needs and manage labor costs
- Control food and labor costs, manage budgets, and maximize profitability
- Handle customer complaints and ensure outstanding service
- Perform safety checks and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Conduct financial reporting and cash-handling procedures
- Lead marketing efforts to drive sales and community engagement
- Manage emergency and crisis situations effectively
