Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 1 year of restaurant management experience
- Available to work a minimum of 5 days and 40 to 50 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background check
- Completed in-store training program
- Passed online ZFI Assistant Manager test with a 90 percent or above
- Achieved Phase III General Manager certification
- Passed in-store ZFI Kitchen Demonstrative with 90 percent or above
- Possess Food Manager Certification

Job Duties
- Strive to enhance guest experiences at every opportunity by satisfying and exceeding their expectations
- Increase sales and profit by building community relationships and partnerships and providing outstanding product and service
- Ensure an effective work schedule is posted each week
- Demonstrate effective interviewing skills for hiring only top performers
- Responsible for all levels of staffing and new hire orientations
- Ensure all training and certification processes are in place and 100 percent compliant
- Provide clear development plans and performance reviews for management staff
- Execute quarterly business plans through the use of systems, training, operation manuals and other available resources
- Assist Area Development Managers and Market Development Manager in the execution of marketing plans
- Continually mentor Assistant Managers in the operation of a unit and prepare them for future advancement
- Review daily numbers each day and coach and praise results
- Provide leadership by generating excitement, enthusiasm, positive mental attitude and commitment toward company objectives
- Maintain an attitude of flexibility to perform above and beyond the parameters of the position description
