Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in facility operations and management
- proven leadership ability
- experience in hospitality or entertainment venue management
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- availability to respond to operational emergencies
- professional grooming and conduct
- ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team
- valid work authorization
- must be at least 18 years old

- 3+ years of facility operations and management experience

Job Duties
- Hire, train, and provide mentorship to staff to develop skills
- cultivate a team environment focused on exceptional customer service
- implement and execute staff training programs
- assist in selecting and developing Area Leads and Certified Trainers
- lead and influence managerial staff to ensure maximum productivity
- ensure execution of employee recognition and incentive programs
- maintain strong community presence through local partnerships
- maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for guests and staff
- manage all operational areas including entertainment, food, beverage, attractions, and property
- continuously improve operational execution and adherence to standards
- provide direction to management and ensure high staff performance
- promote positive employee relations and uphold operational standards
- assist franchise owners in managing departmental goals
- monitor online reviews to improve guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales
- maintain inventory control systems
- assure appropriate staffing levels while managing labor budget
- analyze financial reports and develop plans to meet or exceed budgets
