Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in facility operations and management
  • proven leadership ability
  • experience in hospitality or entertainment venue management
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • availability to respond to operational emergencies
  • professional grooming and conduct
  • ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team
  • valid work authorization
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • experience in hospitality including theme parks, family entertainment centers, hotels, resorts, casinos, or restaurants
  • 3+ years of facility operations and management experience

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, and provide mentorship to staff to develop skills
  • cultivate a team environment focused on exceptional customer service
  • implement and execute staff training programs
  • assist in selecting and developing Area Leads and Certified Trainers
  • lead and influence managerial staff to ensure maximum productivity
  • ensure execution of employee recognition and incentive programs
  • maintain strong community presence through local partnerships
  • maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for guests and staff
  • manage all operational areas including entertainment, food, beverage, attractions, and property
  • continuously improve operational execution and adherence to standards
  • provide direction to management and ensure high staff performance
  • promote positive employee relations and uphold operational standards
  • assist franchise owners in managing departmental goals
  • monitor online reviews to improve guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales
  • maintain inventory control systems
  • assure appropriate staffing levels while managing labor budget
  • analyze financial reports and develop plans to meet or exceed budgets
