- knowledge of food cost and labor target strategies
- ability to recruit and develop team members
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- capability to handle administrative duties effectively
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of prior general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting
- experience with food cost and labor cost management
- ability to motivate and lead a team
- strong communication and organizational skills
- prior exposure to profit and loss (P&L) analysis is valuable
Job Duties
- oversee all store operations with a hands-on leadership approach
- manage daily baking, catering, mobile, and in-store orders
- ensure store is audit ready
- provide exceptional customer service
- support team during busy periods by filling in various roles
- handle closing procedures including inventory and scheduling
- manage daily deposits and administrative tasks
