Job Duties
- Train develop and provide career growth to employees
- Maintain a work-life balance with less than 48 hours per week
- Manage up to 100 employees
- Provide customers with a unique and high-quality pizza dining experience
- Oversee the execution of the Via 313 brand daily
- Serve as the point of contact for all customer service matters
- Oversee the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Via 313 standards
- Assess and communicate hiring needs and follow hiring processes
- Complete new hire paperwork and onboarding
- Train employees applying Via 313 policies and procedures
- Identify areas of improvement and provide mentoring
- Administer verbal warnings write-ups and performance improvement plans
- Demonstrate knowledge of all menu items
- Lead monthly employee meetings
- Troubleshoot store profitability by monitoring sales and cost control
- Organize the restaurant following food rotation and cleanliness procedures
- Order all supplies needed
- Record and organize invoices
- Create weekly staff schedules
- Ensure employees follow policies and procedures
- Follow health safety sanitation and security standards
- Adhere to cash handling and reconciliation policies
- Send weekly reports to the Director of Operations
