Job Duties

  • Train develop and provide career growth to employees
  • Maintain a work-life balance with less than 48 hours per week
  • Manage up to 100 employees
  • Provide customers with a unique and high-quality pizza dining experience
  • Oversee the execution of the Via 313 brand daily
  • Serve as the point of contact for all customer service matters
  • Oversee the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Via 313 standards
  • Assess and communicate hiring needs and follow hiring processes
  • Complete new hire paperwork and onboarding
  • Train employees applying Via 313 policies and procedures
  • Identify areas of improvement and provide mentoring
  • Administer verbal warnings write-ups and performance improvement plans
  • Demonstrate knowledge of all menu items
  • Lead monthly employee meetings
  • Troubleshoot store profitability by monitoring sales and cost control
  • Organize the restaurant following food rotation and cleanliness procedures
  • Order all supplies needed
  • Record and organize invoices
  • Create weekly staff schedules
  • Ensure employees follow policies and procedures
  • Follow health safety sanitation and security standards
  • Adhere to cash handling and reconciliation policies
  • Send weekly reports to the Director of Operations
