Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years supervisory experience in food service or restaurant management
  • food handler certification or willingness to obtain during onboarding
  • proficient with computer and POS systems
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication skills
  • commitment to uphold company culture and values

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience
  • food handler certification required or can be obtained during onboarding
  • experience using computer and register (POS) system
  • availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights and holidays
  • Spanish speaking a plus

Job Duties

  • Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Wingstop
  • responsible for recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling team members in partnership with the District Manager
  • works with both the District Manager and Human Resources to manage performance including coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members
  • communicates job expectations to staff and plans, monitors, and reviews employee performance
  • communicates timely and effectively with District Manager about operational and human resource issues
  • performs regular restaurant inspections to ensure team and restaurant meet standards
  • maintains calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and set positive example
  • tracks inventory and ensures accurate record keeping
  • identifies and resolves issues with food preparation and customer service
  • maintains safe, secure and healthy facility environment by enforcing sanitation and safety procedures and complying with health regulations
  • accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership for new responsibilities
  • meets restaurant operating policies including quality food products, cash handling and store security
  • maintains operational standards and identifies maintenance problems to Facilities Department
  • uses company tools to coach and develop team members to ensure high performance
  • drives results through team collaboration to achieve store metrics
