Job Requirements
- Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for 4 to 8 hours with or without accommodation
- Ability to work full-time 47 hours per week including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years or older
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with empathy and professionalism
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Resilience and composure in dynamic environments
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience or combined education and experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Have reliable transportation
- Ability to work full-time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days preferred
- Experience with sales building and profit and loss statements preferred
- Familiarity with store systems such as Toast, CrunchTime, and others preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure the store is fully staffed for upcoming shifts including scheduling and bench planning
- Build and maintain a high-performing team through goal setting, accountability, and training
- Execute and oversee team training programs and promotional initiatives
- Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to support team development
- Model and uphold company policies and ensure a safe environment
- Lead team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and resolve guest and employee relations issues
- Manage store performance including sales, profitability, inventory, and operational standards
- Analyze financial statements and make adjustments to meet business needs
- Maintain rigorous food safety and sanitation standards
