Job Requirements

  • Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for 4 to 8 hours with or without accommodation
  • Ability to work full-time 47 hours per week including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Willingness to learn new systems and tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information with empathy and professionalism
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Resilience and composure in dynamic environments

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience or combined education and experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Ability to work full-time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to learn new systems and tools
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days preferred
  • Experience with sales building and profit and loss statements preferred
  • Familiarity with store systems such as Toast, CrunchTime, and others preferred
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Ensure the store is fully staffed for upcoming shifts including scheduling and bench planning
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team through goal setting, accountability, and training
  • Execute and oversee team training programs and promotional initiatives
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to support team development
  • Model and uphold company policies and ensure a safe environment
  • Lead team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and resolve guest and employee relations issues
  • Manage store performance including sales, profitability, inventory, and operational standards
  • Analyze financial statements and make adjustments to meet business needs
  • Maintain rigorous food safety and sanitation standards
