Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous experience as general manager in high-volume quick service restaurants
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to manage multiple departments and staff
  • Effective goal-setting and coaching experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours

  • Background in hospitality or retail preferred
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to set goals and motivate teams toward achievement
  • Strong communication and coaching abilities
  • Experience with staffing and employee development

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant while ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Collaborate with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • Lead and support Department Managers by setting goals, monitoring progress, coaching, and providing direction
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, discipline, and supervision within the restaurant
  • Drive continuous improvement in restaurant operations and customer satisfaction
  • Manage operational aspects to maintain compliance with franchise and brand standards
