This job opportunity is offered by a restaurant owned and operated by an independent McDonald's franchisee. The franchisee operates under a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, but is a separate entity from McDonald's USA with full responsibility for employment matters at this location. Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • previous experience managing a high volume quick service restaurant preferred
  • ability to lead a team
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • capable of working flexible hours
  • excellent organizational skills
  • willingness to pursue ongoing training and development

Job Qualifications

  • Previous General Manager experience in high volume quick service restaurants
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • experience in hospitality or retail is a plus
  • ability to set and achieve operational goals
  • excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant by meeting McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • work with leaders to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • lead and develop Department Managers by setting goals and providing coaching
  • oversee hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers
  • manage daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction
  • monitor departmental progress and implement improvements
  • maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
