Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- previous experience managing a high volume quick service restaurant preferred
- ability to lead a team
- strong problem-solving skills
- capable of working flexible hours
- excellent organizational skills
- willingness to pursue ongoing training and development
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience in high volume quick service restaurants
- strong leadership and team management skills
- experience in hospitality or retail is a plus
- ability to set and achieve operational goals
- excellent communication and coaching abilities
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant by meeting McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leaders to set and achieve restaurant goals
- lead and develop Department Managers by setting goals and providing coaching
- oversee hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers
- manage daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction
- monitor departmental progress and implement improvements
- maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
