Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
- One or more years experience leading, motivating and/or developing others or US Military service
- Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace
- Strong customer service and support focus
- Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
- Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing all restaurant aspects including food production, guest service, and directing crew and manager work
- Plan for success by proactively leading and managing all People processes such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve high performance
- Plan and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering costs
- Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald's standards of excellence
- Maintain high standards of guest and employee safety
- Oversee all operational needs including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
