- trains personnel to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- resolves customer complaints promptly
- manages production labor and food cost controls
- conducts informal quality inspections
- reviews P&L information with management team
- holds weekly manager meetings
- establishes daily operational goals
- follows company policies and procedures
- maintains safe working conditions
- manages employee files and time cards
- uses consistent practices for managing performance and retention
- conducts performance reviews and takes corrective actions
- trains crew on equipment maintenance and cleaning
- promotes high-performing crew members to leadership roles
- maintains store inventory levels
- monitors sales and operational standards
