  • develops and executes local store marketing plans
  • responds to competitor activities
  • sets monthly store budget goals and resolves unfavorable trends
  • staffs the store and maintains management bench strength
  • trains personnel to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • resolves customer complaints promptly
  • manages production labor and food cost controls
  • conducts informal quality inspections
  • reviews P&L information with management team
  • holds weekly manager meetings
  • establishes daily operational goals
  • follows company policies and procedures
  • maintains safe working conditions
  • manages employee files and time cards
  • uses consistent practices for managing performance and retention
  • conducts performance reviews and takes corrective actions
  • trains crew on equipment maintenance and cleaning
  • promotes high-performing crew members to leadership roles
  • maintains store inventory levels
  • monitors sales and operational standards
