Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel or resort management
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and financial management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to relocate to Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado or Texas
- Commitment to long-term employment in the role
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to relocate to AZ, NM, CO or TX and commit to the position long-term
