Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant operations or management
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to jump in and assist where needed
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and team development abilities
  • Business knowledge including P&L management, food safety, and sales forecasting
  • Ability to maintain a clean, organized restaurant environment
  • Creative marketing and community engagement skills
  • Excellent communication skills in the primary language(s) of the location
  • Passion for delivering a great guest experience

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring adherence to company standards
  • Manage profit and loss responsibilities including sales forecasting and budgeting
  • Hire, train, and develop a strong team committed to delivering excellent service
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and organizational policies
  • Implement creative marketing strategies including fundraisers and community engagement
  • Maintain a great guest experience through leadership and hands-on support
  • Communicate effectively with staff and customers in the primary language(s) of the location
