Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant operations or management
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong understanding of food safety standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to jump in and assist where needed
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Business knowledge including P&L management, food safety, and sales forecasting
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized restaurant environment
- Creative marketing and community engagement skills
- Excellent communication skills in the primary language(s) of the location

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring adherence to company standards
- Manage profit and loss responsibilities including sales forecasting and budgeting
- Hire, train, and develop a strong team committed to delivering excellent service
- Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and organizational policies
- Implement creative marketing strategies including fundraisers and community engagement
- Maintain a great guest experience through leadership and hands-on support
- Communicate effectively with staff and customers in the primary language(s) of the location
