Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • At least 1 year experience in hotel management
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for long periods
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and cover shifts as needed
  • Knowledge of emergency procedures
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of guest service and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train, and motivate a dedicated team of 6-12 staff members
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure the team achieves outstanding results
  • Ensure the hotel is always guest ready by maintaining high cleanliness standards and addressing guest concerns swiftly
  • Manage and address guest reviews to maintain positive review standards
  • Follow brand guidelines, meet operational deadlines, manage budgets, control labor, occupancy, and profit and loss statements to facilitate successful hotel operations
  • Network within the local community to promote the property and build relationships with competitive properties, local organizations, and key clients
  • Lead in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy
  • Assist with housekeeping, laundry duties, and public space needs as necessary
  • Cover employee shifts to ensure operational continuity during unexpected absences
  • Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met
  • Perform other duties as assigned
